Booking Policy
To confirm a reservation, full payment (100% of the total reservation amount) is required at the time of booking.
Upon booking, guests are required to provide a valid passport or government-issued identification document. Greek residents are required to provide their Tax Identification Number (AFM) for invoicing, tax and registration purposes.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made up to 21 days prior to the arrival date are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.
For cancellations made less than 21 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
No-shows and early departures are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Reservations
- In the event of cancellation, the total amount paid is non-refundable.

Check-in & Check-out Policy
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out is until 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged upon request and will be confirmed 24 hours in advance. Such requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Occupancy Policy
Each apartment accommodates a maximum of four (4) guests. Exceeding the maximum occupancy is not permitted. Exceeding the maximum occupancy of your reservation can be confirmed upon prior request and with extra charge.
Damages & Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the apartment, furnishings, equipment, or other property during their stay.
The host reserves the right to charge guests for the cost of repairs, replacements, or any excessive cleaning required as a result of damage, misuse, or negligence.
Smoking & Pet Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
Pets are not permitted on the property.
Children Policy
Children of all ages are welcome. Parents or guardians are responsible for the supervision and safety of minors at all times.
Noise & Disturbance Policy
Guests are expected to respect the comfort, privacy, and well-being of other guests and neighboring residents.
Loud music, parties, and any activities that may cause disturbance are strictly prohibited.
Lost Items
The host is not responsible for personal belongings lost, stolen, or left behind during a guest’s stay.
Any items found may be returned upon request, with all shipping and handling costs borne by the guest.
Force Majeure
The host shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, or other unforeseen events.
Privacy & Data Protection
Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for reservation management and communication purposes and will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Right to Refuse Accommodation
The host reserves the right to refuse accommodation or terminate a stay without refund in cases of violation of these Terms & Conditions, illegal activities, excessive disturbance, or behavior that endangers the property, other guests, or neighbors.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece.
By making a reservation, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
The host reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
